Account & Team Success Coordinator (Fully Remote for US-Based Client)

We are looking for a proactive Account and Team Success Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for our team members and clients. This role focuses on maintaining high engagement, resolving support issues, and ensuring that our operational "engine" runs smoothly through consistent communication and account health monitoring.

This role is perfect for a high-EQ professional who loves building rapport, navigating delicate feedback loops, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the bridge between our strategy, our contractors, and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Team Advocacy & Performance (Primary Focus)

  • Lead regular feedback sessions with team members. You’ll transform performance data into constructive, empathetic conversations and prepare reports that help our team grow.
  • Own the WhatsApp announcement group. You’ll be the "culture keeper," ensuring information flows clearly and the team feels connected and informed.
  • Monitor and resolve team and client support tickets. You’ll identify which issues need a quick fix and which require thoughtful escalation.

Client Relationship Support

  • Assist in managing client communications, ensuring our "voice" is always professional, proactive, and supportive.
  • Lead the "first impression" and "final touch" for team members, managing everything from membership portal access to status updates in Monday.com.

The Operational Engine

  • Prepare team invoices, verify weekly Clockify entries, and manage leave submissions with close attention to detail.
  • Update internal assets and documents.
  • Assist in screening applications to find new talent that aligns with our high standards for culture and performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or high-level Executive Support.
  • Proven experience conducting performance reviews or feedback sessions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free remote work setup.
  • Must have experience working in a remote environment within the US Industry.
  • Prior experience with Monday.com, Clockify, Google Workspace, and HubSpot is highly preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
  • Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
  • Stable backup power supply.
  • Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
  • Availability: Monday–Friday during the U.S. EST time zone.
