Fully Remote Account Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams at a growing B2B podcast production and outbound agency.

This role combines account management, client success, and project coordination. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring projects remain on track, coordinating internal teams, and delivering an exceptional client experience from onboarding through renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success & Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Lead regular client calls and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Keep clients informed, supported, and confident in the delivery process.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and requests.
  • Monitor account performance, project timelines, and delivery against scope.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, account growth, and additional services.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, guests, and internal teams.

Project & Delivery Management:

  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate with editors and delivery team members to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and client expectations across multiple accounts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
  • Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and client records.

Internal Operations:

  • Support internal projects and process improvements when capacity allows.
  • Contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and client experience.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate closely with leadership.

What We're Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Project Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Previous experience working within a marketing agency, digital agency, creative agency, podcast agency, or service-based business.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively without constant oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in podcast production, content marketing, or digital media environments.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting remote teams and distributed workflows.

Other Requirements: 

  • High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
  • Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
  • Stable backup power supply.
  • Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
  • Availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. time zones.
