We are looking for a highly skilled CRM, Martech, and Data Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in CRM and marketing automation, with hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL). This role involves managing marketing systems and integrations, configuring email and DNS setups, and ensuring seamless Twilio operations. Familiarity with digital marketing, basic WordPress editing, and AI tools for prompt engineering is essential.
Implement and manage Go High Level (GHL) for clients, ensuring smooth CRM functionality and automation.
Oversee the integration and maintenance of Salesforce for treatment facilities, including connection to Zapier and CTM.
Support HubSpot migration for a client transitioning from GHL and Salesforce, particularly in managing marketing functions (e.g., nurture sequences, email/SMS capabilities, lead scoring, automated lead management).
Build out automation workflows for email and SMS, using provided content.
Create and manage custom values, fields, trigger links, and integrations for a seamless workflow.
Develop and manage pipelines to automate lead processing and scoring.
Perform contact record maintenance and ensure data integrity for all contacts.
Use data validation tools (e.g., Instantly, Zoom Info, Neverbounce) to verify and clean contact data.
Optimize CRM workflows to enhance marketing efforts and customer relationship management.
Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and improved engagement.
Track and analyze customer interactions to drive strategies for retention and acquisition.
Generate reports and actionable insights from CRM data.
Configure and manage email systems, including Mailgun integrations.
Ensure proper DNS settings for email security and deliverability.
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for results.
Leverage Zapier to automate data flow across marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Manage lead generation and data syncing between Go High Level (GHL), Salesforce, and other marketing systems.
Integrate tools such as Optin Monster, Call Tracking (CTM, Twilio, CallRail), and UTM parameters for lead tracking and marketing attribution.
Ensure proper integration of email systems like Klaviyo and Mailgun with CRM systems.
Streamline operations and data flow through effective platform integrations.
Automate repetitive marketing tasks for improved efficiency.
Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for custom conversion tracking and cohort analysis.
Integrate CRM data with Google Ads, including offline conversions from Salesforce.
Manage GA4 e-commerce tracking across platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
Work with Supermetrics and other tools to create external data dashboards for performance and spend reporting.
Generate reports in GA4 or Looker to track marketing performance.
Maintain a working knowledge of SEO, particularly from a technical standpoint.
Assist in managing Google Ads accounts, offering backup and optimization support for other team members.
Ensure integration of relevant conversion data from Google Ads and other channels.
Analyze digital marketing performance and provide recommendations.
Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and automation.
Provide support in integrating marketing tools with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and integration.
Help with plugin installation and auditing of web data (e.g., GA4) to ensure tracking integrity.
Content management and copywriting are not required, but experience with CMS platforms is essential.
