Sales Development Representative (Fully Remote for US-based Client)

We're looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in a sales role, ideally within the global logistics or supply chain industry. If you're a proactive communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and uncovering new business opportunities we want to hear from you. This is a salaried position and not a commission-based role. We’re looking for team members who are driven by performance, not pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach to potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects and set up appointments or demos for senior sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For 

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • A background in logistics or supply chain sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Other requirements

  • High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
  • Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
  • Stable backup power supply.
  • Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
  • Availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. time zones.
